Are you the one?
We at Caring & Sharing are a non-profit, tax exempt organization that helps low income elderly people trying to live on $200.00 to $750.00 per month. We help people in several different ways:
1. We help
pay light bills, medicine, rent and fuel, etc.
2. We furnish food from our food bank.
3. We help them with home repairs.
4. We are always there Spiritually.
We serve a 30 mile radius from Hemingway, but we want to help as many of God's children in need as we can. We hope to cover the state of South Carolina and maybe beyond. We will go as far as God leads us. As I was praying one night this thought came to me. The question that came to mind was to write this article asking you this question: "Are you the one?"
Are you the one God is telling to feed my children? Are you the one to help His children that are trying to live on that small social security check?
Are you the one He has chosen to show these elderly people that you love them, and that they have not been forgotten? They often have to decide whether to buy medicine and food.
In 2006, between 3500 to 4000 families were helped by Caring & Sharing.
Will you be the one that will give to Caring and Sharing to help a needy family?
Jesus tells in Matthew 25:40: "Assuredly I say unto you when you do it to the least of one of these my brethren, you do it unto me."
Are you the one God has blessed? Are you the next one to help someone in need?
Caring & Sharing's goal is to be able to serve the entire state of South Carolina. That can happen any day now. Perhaps, one day we may be able to serve the entire United States. With your help and God leading us, all this is possible.
